1. Wood Stains

Each participant will apply water and solvent wipe stains and production spray stains. In the classroom, we will discuss the pros and cons of each system and how they might apply to your operation.

2. Coatings Technology

Each student will apply two coatings in both white and clear systems. Each system will be thoroughly discussed so that you can understand the systems and how they perform.

• ULTRAGUARD Conversion Varnish Coatings *Advanced
• Waterborne Conversion Varnish *Advanced

You will leave with greater knowledge, enhanced skills, and increased confidence for your next jobs. After spending a full day of “one on one” time with our finishing experts, you will leave the class with a beautiful set of panels showcasing the technologies you applied with instruction from our experts. You will also receive a certificate of completion.

Each class is hosted at the state-of-the-art Axalta Learning & Development Center for both classroom and hands-on application training. We also offer lunch and all supplies.
