Terry Parrish founded Finishers Depot 37 years ago with his father Audrey Parrish. The company started as a supply house to refinishers and has evolved over the years to become a distributor for finishing supplies across the state of Texas.

Terry’s role at Finishers Depot is to constantly look for ways of improving the way we do business for our customers as well as our employees.

His favorite part about working here is the constant challenges we face to improve. As a problem solver, tackling challenges hands-on 

Terry’s goal is to reduce wait times for our accounts on all fronts. 

“There is no reason in today's world that we should make our accounts wait on anything, whether it is products, information, or color.”

In His free time, Terry enjoys fishing, boating, and working outside, when the weather is warm.

Anesia Parrish has been with Finishers Depot for 37 years. Together with Terry Parrish, she was part of the founding members of the company which started as a supply house to refinishers. 

Currently, she is our Vice President of Finance and is responsible for leading all financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting activities, preparing financial reports, performing research and analysis, and carrying out other financial duties as may be required to execute our plan and run the company successfully. 

Her favorite part about working at Finishers Depot is getting to know our staff members and serving our customers. 

A challenge she wants to tackle is to have a more efficient point-of-sale system for the Finishing industry. 

In her free time, Anesia enjoys baseball, football, and being in the water.

Beck has been with Finishers Depot for close to two years and is
responsible for our Business Development Department. 

Beck’s favorite part about working for FInishers Depot is living
up to the company’s mission.

means we are focused on going above and beyond for our customers and we do our
very best every day to live up to that promise.”

For Beck, helping our accounts run and maintain an efficient and
profitable finishing department is a big goal he works towards achieving. 

“One of our customer's biggest challenges is maintaining an
efficient and profitable finishing department. Our goal is to offer customers a
solution that helps them overcome their biggest challenges and grow their
business as opposed to simply selling them more products that they do not
need.”

In his free time, Clint enjoys spending time with his wife and
four children attending sports games, spending time at the lake, and taking
beach vacations. He also enjoys smoking brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken,
and anything else. “With a family of 6 we rarely have a day with nothing going
on,” he shared. 

Clint’s favorite quote is, "Hard Work Pays Off.”

Stephen Honey is our Director of Operations. In his role, he oversees the daily operations of the company, ensuring that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing procedures and coaching our team.

Honey has been with Finishers Depot for three years. His favorite part about working with the company is the strategy and vision the company has for growth and being part of the progression of employees. 

His goal in his role is to eliminate waiting for anything, be it products, or color matching, and to improve our service standards.

In his free time, Honey enjoys spending time with family and friends, finding new food adventures, and creating new life experiences through travel.

Kristina Mariswamy King is the Marketing Manager for Finishers Depot. She has been working with the team since 2019.

Her favorite part about the company is its innovative approach. She shared, “Staff and leaders are constantly looking for ways to improve customer experience with new products, services and offerings. The Company is truly an industry leader in what they do.”

Kristina’s biggest goal at Finishers Depot is to ensure the company is constantly striving to be easy to do business with. “With the challenges we face in teh world today, our customers truly do not have the time to deal with issues, such as order mix-ups, bad color matches and so forth. Essentially, no one has the time for bad customer service. My goal is to make working with us as seamless as possible, and a positive experience for our customers.”

In her free time, Kristina enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.

Anna Maddox is the Marketing Coordinator for Finishers Depot. She has been working with the company for eight years.

Anna’s favorite part about working with the company is the work life balance it offers, “I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job.”

Anna’s passion is to help customers with product knowledge and training.

In her free time, Anna enjoyes travelling and reading.

Benitez has been working with Finishers Depot for close to two years as a production technician in our manufacturing department. In her role, she focuses primarily on Touch-Up Products and supplies.

Her favorite part about working for the company is the friendships she has made and the co-workers she has. She also enjoys that she gets to learn something new every day. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Luis Cea is Assistant Service Manager at our North Texas location in Dallas. One of our veteran employees, Cea has been with Finishers Depot for 8 years, starting out as a Color Technician and working his way up to Assistant Service Center Manager. 

Cea’s favorite part about working for FInishers Depot is its people. “We are more of a family than a team.”

Luis’s goal at Finishers Depot is to provide our accounts with the best product solutions for their business and success. In his free time, he enjoys taking it easy, playing board games, and spending time with his family.

Patricia Diaz has been with the company for more than 10 years, evolving in roles as the company has, and is currently a production technician in our manufacturing department. 

Her favorite part about working for the company is the understanding of management who are always supportive and allows her to grow in her role. 

In her free time, she enjoys cooking for her family, having fun with her grandkids, and serving at church.

Norma Flores has been with FInishers Depot for more than seven years and is a Color Technician. In her role, Norma assists our Color Team in developing, modifying, and evaluating all color projects that have been sent in by customers. 

Her favorite part about working at Finishers Depot is the professionalism and customer service support that we provide our customers. She is proud to work for the company. 

Norma’s goal is to constantly educate and support customers on their color projects as well as knowledge to improve their knowledge of color in the industry. 

In her free time, Flores enjoys relaxing and watching her favorite show, “The Pink Panther.”

Tim McLeery started with Finishers Depot 8 years ago and has worn many hats over the years.  Currently, he is our purchasing guru and the controller for the company. 

His favorite part about working with Finishers Depot is the challenge of growing a company. McCleery goal is to ensure our customers always have access to the best products in the market, at the right prices. 

In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family.

Rhoda Mealor is a member of the Accounting team at Finishers Depot. She has been with the company for five years.

Rhoda loves working with Finishers Depot thanks to its great group of people. Her biggest goal at the company is to be easy to do business with.

In her free time, Rhoda enjoys reading, photography, and spending time with friends and family.

Kenia has been with Finishers Depot for more than a year as a Production Technician. In her role, she works in the manufacturing side of our business, primarily in the touch-up products department. 

Her favorite part about working for the company is the work-life balance she gets to maintain to focus on herself and her family as well. 

In her free time, Kenia enjoys spending time with her family.

Jaime Pena has been with Finishers Depot for half a year and is a Color Technician at our Service Center up North in Dallas. 

Pena’s favorite part about working with the company is the pleasant working environment. 

Pena’s goal at Finishers Depot is to improve the color approval process for customers. 

In his free time, Pena likes to spend time with his friends, and check out the latest restaurants in the area. Jaime’s favorite quote is, “Everything you want you can achieve, the limits are set by yourself.”

Allen has been our driver at Finishers Depot for a little more than a year. In his role, he makes pick-ups and deliveries for the company at all our service centers, and tint depots as well as for our customers. 

Rendon’s favorite part of the job is the relationships he has made with our customers, especially the small family businesses. 

His goal is to always get products to locations and customers in the safest and soonest way possible. In his free time, Allen loves spending time with his family and friends.

Ana has been working with Finishers Depot for 3 years as a production technician, working primarily on our touch-up products and supplies. 

Her favorite part about working for Finishers Depot is the opportunities she has to learn something new daily. Her biggest goal at the company is to come up with creative ways to make bundles attractive to customers. 

In her free time, Ana enjoys practicing speaking English as it is her second language.

Zach Saviano is a member of our sales team and is a technical support specialist. He has been with Finishers Depot for four years.

Zach loves working for Finishers Depot because he truly believes we carry the best equipment and coatings in the business. He also love how much the team members care about customers and are all invested in the customers success.

Zach believes that color projects turnaround time is a huge problem customers face today and wants to work towards reducing it for the customers.

In his free time, Zach loves watching the Astros play, watch football and play darts. He also loves spending time with people that are important to him

Joe Hansen, Our Senior Technical Specialist has achieved outstanding success, building a

5-million-dollar territory from scratch in just 10 years with the invaluable support of the exceptional Finishers Depot team. He excels in proactive and expedient work environments, consistently delivering exceptional results. 

Bringing a wealth of qualifications and experiences, including Nace Level 3 certification, and extensive training in coating and technology methods. Our

Senior Technical Specialist possesses a diverse skill set. His close collaboration with industry-leading equipment companies and previous role as a

National Sales Manager in the wood division of Trinity Coatings showcase his expertise.

 Throughout his career, Joe has successfully managed key distribution warehouses and acquired in-depth knowledge of spray technology and dealership management. His extensive experience in overseeing a distribution warehouse for Coronado Paint Company adds to his comprehensive understanding of the industry.

 With an exceptional track record and unwavering commitment to excellence, Joe Hansen is an asset to our team. Joe’s multifaceted skill set and dedication to success make a significant impact, ensuring our team thrives under his guidance.

Lizbeth is an indispensable Customer Experience Coordinator at Finisher's Depot. She thrives on assisting others and collaborates closely with all departments to ensure success. Her ability to adapt quickly and achieve remarkable results is evident since joining our team. Serving as a bridge between customers and team members, Lizbeth maintains strong connections and delivers exceptional service. Steve Thomas, a Technical Specialist, aids customers with
current issues and anticipates future concerns, ensuring confidence in the
accessible and trustworthy support team. At Finishers Depot he engages with
diverse wood-finishing professionals in the field, driven by the goal to
enhance each business's productivity, profitability, and quality. A proud Finishers
Depot team member, cherishing the family-like atmosphere and individual
expertise, contributing to a growth-focused future. Steve relishes visiting
businesses, understanding their goals, and assisting hands-on to achieve
desired outcomes without hesitation. In his free time, he spends it with his
boys, avid baseball players who share his love for water activities. Cooking,
fishing, and sports, especially Nebraska Cornhuskers, define my outdoor
passions, thriving in the lively fall sports season.

As a Strategic Account Manager at Finisher's Depot, my primary objective is to ensure collective efforts towards client success. By collaborating effectively, we uncover solutions, deliver optimal service, and foster enduring connections.

Beyond work, I devote significant time to my daughter and our feline companion, Loki, named after the mischievous Loki Odinson from Thor. An enthusiast of animals and comic conventions, I often engage in cosplay
