What You'll Do & Bring.
A full-time position at one of our regional locations. Hands-on, fast-paced, and built for people who take pride in their work.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming product for accuracy and quality control
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Reconcile final documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
- Verify and document any damage on incoming shipments
- Ensure outgoing packaging meets DOT and company guidelines
- Operate forklifts, lift trucks, and hand trucks as needed
- Maintain housekeeping and warehouse organization to 5S standards
- Monitor order grids to ensure sales orders are processed per Service Standards
- Ensure product is neat, clean, and presentable before shipping or customer pickup
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a Shipping & Receiving role in a distribution environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Solid time management and initiative to meet customer expectations
- Natural aptitude for technical matters — load estimating, tracking, system entry
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in an active, physical environment all day
- Full Time – Non-Exempt · Reports to Location Manager
