General Summary

A full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM role combining delivery and warehouse support duties.

• Delivery duties: Operating company van to deliver sales orders, pick up paint samples, and transport color-match projects locally, safely and efficiently.
• Warehouse support: Assisting with organizing, loading/unloading, inventory tracking, and general stockroom upkeep during non-delivery times.

 Responsibilities

• Inspect van daily and complete driver vehicle inspection records daily Inspect product to ensure accuracy and quality control to sales orders
• Reconcile final documentation for shipments Safely operate delivery vans within delivery territory and surrounding areas of DFW or beyond
• Handle loading and unloading of orders, securing loads to ensure secure transport without damage
• Conduct customer pick-ups and drop-offs efficiently and with a professional demeanor
• Assist in warehouse tasks: inventory organization, stock counting or receiving, replenishment, and picking and staging orders
• Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards across delivery vehicles and warehouse spaces
• Observe safety protocols and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Collaborate closely with customer service and warehouse teams for smooth logistics flow

 Job Specifications

• Possesses High School diploma or GED Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs regularly and assist in warehouse activities
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills — courteous, professional, and reliable Basic familiarity with warehouses or delivery systems preferred but not required
• Punctual, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a capacity for problem solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Requires strong time management and initiative to achieve customer and delivery expectations
• Ability to operate various technology and software as needed for shipping orders

Physical Demands 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and smell. It demands reaching with the hands and arms, as well as use of the fingers to manipulate, handle, or feel. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, sitting, or crawling all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration; constant exposure to moving mechanical parts and work in high, risky conditions is common. There is exposure to outdoor weather conditions, such as extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
