This Super Concentrated Retarder helps your finish perform correctly in all types of weather and other uncontrollable conditions. Eliminates blushing, increases flow and leveling. Normal usage is 1 - 2 oz. per quart and should not exceed 10% of ready to spray lacquer mixture.
