High quality oil based wiping stains are the easiest type of stain to apply and control. These stains feature deep, uniform colors without weeping. They can be applied by spraying, brushing, dipping and wiping. These stains offer good light fade properties and can be clear coated in 60 minutes. After staining allow stain to set before wiping clean to achieve desired color. The longer the time allowed before wiping, the deeper the color will be.
